Forward crash detection is not working on a vehicle with 16,000 on it. Basically drove 40 miles round trip to be told it was an engineering issue that Chevrolet is aware of but they can't fix. It was a waste of my time. Service personnel were very friendly.

Excellent customer experience in all areas. I was late to the appointment. Brittany at the counter was so helpful she reached out to the technicians & my vehicle was service. The facility is clean and comfortable to wait in & the other staff members were kind.
