I had an "open" appointment for a recall issue. Arrived, checked-in, given a 45 minute estimate. Roughly 40 minutes later, told truck was ready. Service rep provided feedback on what was done and also provided an estimate for work I might need on another Chevrolet I own. Great service visit.
Parts prices are twice what you can purchase at parts house , and dealership is going by suggested time of repairs ! When you have repeate service , being in the sales field myself ! You would expect better pricing and better explaining of services than what you receive !
Nick in the service department was very informative on the part my truck needed & ordered it immediately. Upon returning to install the part he was extremely friendly & helpful. Charles Dove (who sold us this truck) stopped by the waiting room to see if all was going well. I also appreciate that you can (finally) change channels on the tv, yippee!
