It was good. It was the second time I have had to take my 2019 Chevy Trax to be fixed. It has had transmission trouble, and now warped rotors. I wanted them replaced, but they Resurfaced them. My vehicle has just over 3000 miles. Maybe I have a lemon.

Came in for an oil change...made an appointment and was in and out promptly...technicians too good care of the car, which has very little ground clearance and presents a problem getting on and off the lift rails...very satisfied.
I had the engine heater cord replaced due to a recall. When I got home I got a phone call from the service dept and was told that they failed to reprogram the computer. I live an hour and 15 minutes from the dealership. That's unacceptable.

Very dissatisfied I asked that my trailblazer be driven and listen for some noise only they charge me $110 for a diagnostic check and did not consult me about it first I am asked him to drive my vehicle if they needed it

Wilson was a very pleasant surprise the way they do business. I had enough of the JT style which is the most common. My salesman Charles Dove felt more like dealing with family. I like the dealership and will recommend and would be my first stop if I need another vehicle.
