I paid $630 for a brake job and was not made aware of the cost as job started. I paid without saying anything as i would have cause a scene. I am a landscape business owner and always let customers know price before work processes. Very unhappy

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing visit. The service representative was not customer friendly and did not appear to be knowledgeable. My previous interactions with the service department have always been amazing and this was my first negative interaction. When I asked the service representative questions about the service done he brushed me off and all but rushed me out. Don’t want to have this experience to leave a lasting negative impression, so I hope this input helps.

I was able to schedule my 2017 Silverado service appointment for the day and time I wanted. The Service team greeted me when I arrived and got my truck into service and back to me in a acceptable time.

Waited 3 and half hours for front end alignment then was told by service advisor that wasn't able to do it mechanic said he couldn't align it didn't tell me if something went wrong but now my steering wheel is not straight

Very well run dealership, a no BS buying experience. Mr Charles Dove is professional, personal, caring and through. Barry Smith in finance found a rate 0.75 percentage point lower than the excellent rate we came in with. Highly recommend these folks.
