My past two experiences had not been satisfactory. I had appointments both times and had to wait much longer than I anticipated. One visit was for service and it took so long so I was not charged which was the only way I would have gone back. The next appointment was for new tires and an alignment. First, I was told that my quote, given to me by Wilson, was incorrect and would cost more. I almost left at that point but a satisfactory agreement on price was reached. It took so long to put the tires on that I did not have time for an alignment. My most recent experience was an excellent one and everything was done in a timely manner. If I had had problems this time, it would have been my last. However, I was very pleased.

The devil is in the details. How could a dealer not refill all fluids on a vehicle after a service. I thought that bringing the truck back to the dealer and spending almost $200.00 would not bring any worries. Just seeing my windshield washer fluid not being refilled has had me second guessing everything all the other work that was due to be completed.
