I traded a 2010 Equinox for a 2013 Equinox because by 2010 had been in the shop 4 times in 6 months and was worried constantly.Since I love the car I got the same car in a different color. It took me a few days to decide on the car, I called Mr. Dove and then an hour and half later, had a wreck on I-26. Mr. Dove worked with me and help me tolorate Geico insurance (lady that hit me held ins. with them) for 12 days. He held my car. I was dissapointed with having to pay the extra out of pocket that Geico did not. If their estimate is correct I feel I overpaid somehow.
